Some girls say this because they have been verbally abused all their life and told they were fat when they were not. Also, it could be a girl that is anorexic and really does think that her butt looks fat even though she only weights 80 lbs. In my case this would be the reason I woudl have said it. So before saying some smart ass or mean comment judge the situation. There may be more than meets the eye to why she is asking.
Just remember: Just because you think that there is no way she could think she is fat or has a big butt, doesn't mean that she doesn't think that.
